Tools and Methods

When testing and debugging APS applications, you can use various tools, including generic PHP and JavaScript tools as well as APS specific tools as described in this document. The following sections describe the tools and methods to test and debug APS applications in the following environments:

• Development Tools - develop APS packages
• Management Node - manage the platform
• Endpoint Host - host APS application instances
• Client side - test APS applications in the platform

When you are testing and debugging an application, the development environment and client tools are usually installed on the same computer.
