After you make changes to a service plan, a resource, or other objects necessary for a service plan configuration, it can be necessary to apply these changes to your offerings in UX1 and, in some cases, to the existing subscriptions.
Warning: Before synchronizing your changes to resellers, make sure their custom configurations are protected from undesired changes.
Synchronizing changes to the existing subscriptions
To apply changes in service plans, resources, or other related objects to your customers' current subscriptions, synchronize the necessary subscriptions:
Warning: Stop and think twice before synchronizing any changes to existing subscriptions. Changes of prices or services may severely affect your current agreements with your customers.
- Notify your customers of the forthcoming changes. You can configure automatic notifications, if necessary.

To synchronize the changes:
Warning: The changes are applied to existing subscriptions immediately.
- to all subscriptions at once: Go to Products > Service Plans. Click the necessary service plan. Click Update Subscriptions. Follow the wizard steps.
- to a single subscription: Go to Operations > Subscriptions. Click the necessary subscription. Click Synchronize. Follow the wizard steps.
- Notify your customers of the effected changes.
