Common order processing comprises the following:

• Order creation

  You can place sales, change, renewal, cancellation, and transfer orders to perform the following tasks:

  • Subscribing Customers to Service Plans
  • Upgrading or Downgrading Subscriptions
  • Renewing Subscriptions
  • Canceling Subscriptions
  • Transferring a subscription from one customer to another
  • Transferring a customer from one distributor to another
