Placing Orders
You can place sales, change, renewal, cancellation, and transfer orders to perform the following tasks:
- Subscribing Customers to Service Plans
- Upgrading or Downgrading Subscriptions
- Renewing Subscriptions
- Canceling Subscriptions
- Transferring a subscription from one customer to another
- Transferring a customer from one distributor to another
Billing orders are created automatically to charge customers for the previous or for the next subscription period. For more information see:
You can track orders in the classic Provider Control Panel (PCP) and Reseller Control Panel (RCP) at Billing > Operations > Orders.
